Whether keeping in touch with friends, broadening business networking or just plain nosiness, the World and its dog all have their own reasons for social networking. Over the last 6(ish) years, using the net to stay socially connected has become widely accepted and pretty much expected!
You really should be using Facebook & Twitter at the very least. If you're not already, we'll get you started. If you are, let's make it better! Embed content into your fan page, update your news feed automatically, share YouTube videos and generally just encourage interaction.
With Social Marketing it's not all about tryiing to create direct leads, in fact; you'll probably get a negative reaction if you try too hard. Social network marketing allows you to connect with your customers on a really personal level. Just be yourself and share what is important to you!
